Food is consistently good. Don't miss the grilled octopus appetizer. The fried calamari is well-prepared and tender. The puttanesca sauce it's just like I remember Grandma making. There's nothing not to like about this place. We ate outside, in a lovely space. The owner comes by each table to check. The dishes are heavier Italian fare, pasta with cream sauce and shellfish. It's BYOB.
Can not tell you how many times in my life I have driven past here. And finally last night my husband and I stopped in for the first time. Went right at opening and good thing we did bc it quickly filled up. Staff was extremely attentive and friendly, constantly moving. The food was SO GOOD. We both had pasta dishes and they were absolutely excellent. Don't sleep on Angelina's!! We will for sure be back.
