Custard Hut is our favorite ice cream place on LBI. We were here every week for the better part of two months. Always fast service even with a line (esp compared to some of the busier ice cream places around Beach Haven) and we like the pizza too! Just came by to get ice cream and we surprised the owner who hadn’t opened yet - but she served us anyway. Terrific!!!!!
Surprised how wide of a menu they had in such a small place! Burger was good, and lots of ice cream flavors too choose from!

If you really like good fish tacos, go somewhere else. If youre just hungry and "ok" will work for you theyre certainly edible. But its custard hut. I should have known better than to expect really good fish tacos at "custard hut"
That said, service was wonderful and my custard hut soft serve vanilla cone was fantastic.

8/24. Had their fish tacos. Thin, over fried, tasteless. My wife had their chicken ceasar wrap. Chicken had a rubbery texture, like it was frozen then micro waved. Maybe their custard is good but had no desire to try it after trying to eat their food.

Only had an ice cream there, which was good but not incredible. I had a small size cup (2 scoops) and ended up with more ice cream than my boyfriend who ordered a medium size cup (3 scoops)?? Seems a bit unfair
