Although the room and table settings were lovely, the NOISE LEVEL is uncomfortably loud to the point of not being able to reasonably hold a conversation across the table. For this reason I would be reluctant to return. The food was delicious and the service excellent, but I could not wait to finish and leave. I hope Howard's would consider adding some noise deadening panels to bring the noise level down. I don't know how often this high noise level is mentioned, but...

We love Howard's. Been regular customers for over 20 years. Normally we give the food a "5" rating. Last night, I ordered the Red Snapper special. The write-up on the specials menu was enticing. When the meal came, it was an ENTIRE fish. Head, tail, bones and all. I was taken aback. The presentation was a turn-off. The write-up didn't mention that the entire fish would be on my plate. I proceeded to cut off the head, tail, and all the bones I could see. Ate...

We are so appreciative of the staff for extending our reservation due to high volume of traffic getting to the island. The hostesses were so friendly and accommodating. The food and service were as great as in the past. We will highly recommend Howard's to our friends.
