Skipper Dipper is our “go to” place for ice cream on LBI. Incredibly efficient service, so don’t let the long lines scare you away. Excellent choice of ice cream, generous portions at extremely reasonable prices.

They take allergies seriously. Strong process in place to categorize ingredients and prevent cross contamination. Dairy-free options include oat milk soft serve, dole whip and soy-based hard ice cream. Impressed. (Also they serve normal delicious flavors and everyone in your party will be happy). Prices weren't bad.

This ice cream joint is so good. It will not disappoint and the staff is extra special. They are young ice cream entrepreneurs who really know how to run an establishment in an organized manner. The long lines went quick as our orders were taken while we waited on line - so efficient. Thank you for a great experience! P.S. DON’T FORGET THE SHMEARS!

My daughter and I stopped here to get some dessert. We ordered cotton candy ice cream, grasshopper sundae, root beer float & cookies n cream milkshake. Everything was so good. The pricing was great. The service was nice! Everyone in there was very friendly.
Very nice people. Great service. 4 stars due to pricing. You are overcharging by at least 30%! I don't see me going back due to this reason.
Parking was fine but I could see parking being an issue during peak hours.

The ice cream selection here is phenomenal! There is always a line but there is a reason for it! They have amazing soft serve flavors they can make, including my favorite, birthday cake. I had this each of the 6 nights I was in LBI. And don’t be intimidated by the line, they set up a system to take your order while you are online which makes it go pretty quickly! The staff is always friendly and welcoming!
