Stop in every time my kids have a tournament in the Monmouth Co area. Cant find a more FRESH healthy protein packed bowl like these anywhere, especially for young athletes ! And no where can compare to the portion size and freshness of everything we’ve gotten. The hangover bowl and protein breakfast bowl are so good and healthy we pretty much order it every time. THE BEST BAGELS AROUND! Since i moved to west long branch its been difficult to find a breakfast spot. Look.No.Further. Bagel Guys has the best bagels with the Best service. Bella at the counter was Amazing! Will be back
