Waiting for curbside over 10 minutes after pizza marked complete. Went in and “manager” said too busy to bring outside. He refused to remove tip from order and refused free pizza offer for waiting. BTW, delivery car in designated pickup space.
I ordered a pizza well done and a cheese steak plain and there was no steak at all and my pizza was under cooked.i called and asked to speak to the manager and the guy said speaking. so I told him about my problem and gave him the option of taking this food back and returning my money or see find another order and still take the food back. he assured me that he was sending me a new order at 11:25 pm. they never came because they ate closed at 12. im going to call corporatetomorrow...read full review
