Dirty no sugar no napkins and wait time is lengthy. Staff is young and had to repeat my order several times bc they just plugged in flavor they thought I said.

This place is a rip off I was charged 4.47 for a large hot coffee there's other times they add Xtra shots which I never asked for or gotten.no one too speak to especially when they all act young.

very tired of the visit. the girl at the cash register was super inattentive! We ordered 1 meal deal with hot coffee, 1 with cold coffee and a donut. instead we only got a donut and 2 hot coffees. They didn't give us a receipt, even though we asked for it.

The brand is great but the place I went to is terrible, the Brazilian staff are horrible, they spilled my coffee, it was too strong, they did it wrong, the store is dirty, my croissant was all burnt, terrible place!
