This place is a rip off I was charged 4.47 for a large hot coffee there's other times they add Xtra shots which I never asked for or gotten.no one too speak to especially when they all act young.

very tired of the visit. the girl at the cash register was super inattentive! We ordered 1 meal deal with hot coffee, 1 with cold coffee and a donut. instead we only got a donut and 2 hot coffees. They didn't give us a receipt, even though we asked for it.

The brand is great but the place I went to is terrible, the Brazilian staff are horrible, they spilled my coffee, it was too strong, they did it wrong, the store is dirty, my croissant was all burnt, terrible place!

Would give negative stars if possible. This dunkin should be called day old donuts. The donuts were hard, dry and clearly not fresh at all, they had debris and crumbs from who knows what stuck to the frosting. Dirty and not friendly. Would highly recommend going to any other dunkin. Disappointing to say the least.
