I had the best customer service experience at this Dunkin. The owner went above and beyond my expectations to ensure my order was exactly as I wanted. The staff were all friendly and accommodating as well.
I was lost in Eatontowm and needed a restroom break. I decided to buy a donut and use the restroom. I was unpleasantly surprised: there was a "no public restrooms sign", the donut selection was minimal and the donut that I bought was small. There was a baker who eventually sold me a donut that was freshly baked. I don't buy D&D coffee, I don't like the taste. I eventually did find the NJ MVS.
At this dunkin, as always, I ordered through the app. I usually get 2 bagels.....1 for my mother and 1 for myself. Mines gets toasted with butter and all the other is just sliced. Well, this the 2nd time I go there and the 2nd bagel is toasted. And I asked the young man was 1 toasted and the other not and he said yes. So now when I order from here, I'll check my order before leaving.
