Every single time I come there I’m waiting for at least 10 mins for just a coffee.
I literally sat inside there this morning 15 mins before my train
By the time my train came. My order still was not taken.
This may be the worst store in the city when it comes to customer service.
Never a dull moment there at all.

Disgusting establishment, it is filthy inside. Early in the morning tables and floor are dirty. The worker was not pleasant and barely spoke. Horrible Dunkin Donuts!

Just go in for coffee every morning as I get in from the city, the Indian barista told me to get out because he had to sweep and mop this time tho (in my 22 years of food and hospitality have i ever told a consistent paying customer to get out) if you haven't swept or mopped the floor what else in here hasn't been cleaned. No one who works for tips should be that rude never patronizing this establishment again

I often pick up mobile orders for myself and coworkers from this Dunkin and it's always a nightmare. Last time I waited over 40 minutes from when I placed the order for 2 $6 meal deals (I was the only order they were working on from when I walked in except 1 woman buying a donut) and the 2 guys working forgot an avocado spread. This time I double checked the bags and (I think the same 2 guys) were going to let me walk out without a donut. I walked all the way back to work and there's a hair in my bagel so I don't have lunch. I always tell myself I won't go back but there's no options for food in walking distance from the hospital. Definitely won't be coming back now considering I prefer no hair in my food. How clean can the food prep areas be if the food comes out like this? Someone get those boys hairnets and a supervisor please.

Shows up as closed at 8:30. Get there at 7, it’s closed. The open sign CLEARLY on. Yall little employees looking at me stupid. Fix your website. Ruined my Sunday night.

They need more staff because the wait time for a bagel and regular latte shouldn’t take more than 10 minutes. Also the latte was basically straight up milk sadly.

I ordered from mobile app and I was waiting my order inside coffee was came but has brown take forever because those people were not giving attention they were talking and laughing staffs are terrible.

This dunk is the worst for mobile orders. 231 3rd. Ave Long Branch. Do they realize that mobile orders are supposed to be filled quickly? I never wait less than 20 min. They are talking, laughing and goofing off all the time. I was just there. There was one customer at the counter and 2 workers and it took them 20 minutes to get me a med pumpkin coffee with cream. AND I ordered it 5 min before I came in. AND I asked the one person if he could get my coffee and he handed it off to the other one and walked out. AND more times than I want to admit the order is wrong. I'm thinking of not going there anymore but it's close to the hospital. Horrible.
