this dunkin might have been the worst one i’ve been too! the food tasted so bad and the drinks weren’t made right. after getting the drinks fixed they still didn’t taste right. all the pastries like the donuts taste so dry. the service is incredibly slow as well. we need to get better items since it’s right next to the beach as well. within 30 mins of consuming my family and i started to experience nausea and we were having stomach issues. i definitely don’t recommend this dunkin and i wish i could get my money back! RIP $25 💔💔

It pains me to have to write this, I don’t generally leave reviews for Dunkin’ Donuts, but I ordered two chipotle aioli hash brown wake up wraps this morning and I noticed that the egg was still partially frozen and the cheese hadn’t been melted, so I went back inside and she gladly remade it without hesitation. I asked her politely to leave it in the oven a little bit longer, but I think she dismissed that request because the next set of wake up wraps were also cold. This will piss a lot of people off if they drive away with cold sandwiches. 7 AM on Friday August 1. Management please retrain this girl.
I ordered a frappe
They said their frappe machine is broken and offered a refresher which is not equivalent. When I told them, they shrugged. They said they can’t cancel the order because it was online and some of it was made already.
Then I ordered 3 strawberry sprinkle donuts. One came missing half the frosting and one was missing the sprinkles. Try that with a kid.
I also ordered a french cruller. Look at the picture. It was white styrofoam inside. It completely broke into a million pieces. Tasted like cardboard.

Food is fine, but the only drink I order from Dunkin is a Brown Sugar Shaken Espresso, and every time I order ahead and walk over there, it takes 10-15 minutes for it to come out. I see 4-5 orders get made and picked up by others during that time, you can imagine how frustrating that is. When it finally does come out, it's consistently the worst Shaken Espresso I've ever had. Brown sugar pellets everywhere, barely anything like it's advertised. I hate that this is the Dunkin that's closest to the Monmouth Bluffs, I guess I'll just drive to the other ones then.

The matcha latte I got here was sub par. Wouldn’t recommend. It literally tased like water with ice. The matcha I make at home is way better than this. Waste of 6 dollars.

Make sure you allow for extra time, as they always seem to be working with a skeleton crew and make sure you check your order before you leave. Twice I got the wrong item in my bag.

My man got their sourdough sandwich, and it was garbage. Stale bread and vegan bacon?!?? Nasty work. Please Dunkin as a franchise do better. And I hope this location get their store together.

Place was dirty, parking lot was a disaster zone with holes everywhere, garbage, etc.....waited 15 minutes for a Coffee and a donut which had a chunk taken out and was so small it was ridiculous. Windows dirty, floors dirty, absolutely the worst DD I have ever been to, and wouldn't go back even if they offered to give whatever you want for free!!
