Spent $200 and got a large order. We’ve had unusual reactions to their drinks. Unsure if they weren’t properly frozen or at some time became unfrozen Or if it’s the material inside it But two people have allergic type reactions. One with an ambulance. Throwing rest away

So I have done fasting before, usually once a year for 3-6 days. So I'm used to going without food but this seemed to give me the same benefits and I didn't get hangry :) I combined my juice cleanse with my brand of CBD (Raw Botanics) and found that this greatly enhanced my experience. The CBD cut down on the anxiety of going without food, helped with my sleep which was an issue and I believe helped in the overall detox. I would 100% recommend Raw Generation paired with CBD. I did the cleanse by the book no food with the exception of 1 avocado on the first night. I cut out all other supplements and vitamins for the week. I did exercise but pretty lightly. Most of the weight for me came off on the first 3 days and it seemed to plateau by day 5. So next time I do this I may just do a 3 or 5 day. My total weight loss was 10 pounds and that was the goal. Once I went back to regular food 4 pounds came right back on but after a few weeks now I'm still better than before I did the cleanse. I plan to do a cleanse like this at least a few times a year. Other benefits I had was improved complexion, energy, and digestion, and my joint pain completely went away. Raw Generation is 100% worth the money.

What an amazing company! We had an issue with our ship date, but Raw Generation went above and beyond to help us out. Each juice and smoothie flavor is awesome! There isn't one that I don't like, but the vanilla smoothie is my favorite. I highly recommend placing an order if you've been thinking about it.
