Places a mobile order with a group of people. When we got there the orders were not ready. They all got there orders and mine still was not ready. They then saw my order and decided to start other orders. Someone else with me orders cheesesteak and his was cooked and ready and they still did not even start my order. Never again

Sadly this location seems to have become the “Subway” of the franchise’s. The last few times going in, the subs have been extremely light on meats and cheese. My wife brought home some subs recently and there was more bread than anything. I’m taking my business elsewhere, especially for what they charge. I hate leaving bad reviews but this wasn’t a one time occurrence since I gave them multiple chances.

First time trying this location I tried calling the store but couldn’t get through… I don’t like leaving negative remarks.. I’m always disappointed When I get ripped off in this case with the amount of meat they sliced for a $22 “giant” #8 which consisted of just one slice/ layer turkey and salami (instead of ham).. I should’ve realized when standing there, but the guys hard at work I didn’t pay much attention to the skimp job. I think they should tell you regular sandwich gets one to two slices of meat But I never experience this with any other jersey Mike’s. Shout out to Howell and freehold.!!

I’ve never had a problem with here before,but I was offended today. Came in for my lunch and when I came in there’s a guy ordering in a work uniform, I get in line while I’m waiting a young lady comes in in office clothes . We all 3 came in separately and at separate times. The cashier looks at me and the young lady and asked the customer in front of him if he wanted to ring it all up together and says are you all together. I asked him why cause we are black? Not all black people know each other. He doesn’t say anything else. Rings up customer take his time and then makes my sandwich. I was fully offended and no apologies where offered or given

Jersey Mikes is always my favorite sandwich place! They are a model of consistency in all of their locations, and their employee training is incredible. There is never a long wait for a sandwich regardless of how long the line might seem.
Vegetarian options: My wife loves their veggie sub!
Parking: Theres never a problem finding a parking spot.
Kid-friendliness: Kids are always welcome at Jersey Mikes. It is casual dining and plenty of room for a stroller if needed.
Wheelchair accessibility: There are ramps to enter sidewalks from the parking lot and plenty of room in store for navigating wheel chairs.

Simply the greatest Jersey Mikes in the area! All the employees are great, especially the management and senior employees. I can tell that this store is a great place to be if you are a younger employee trying to learn! The food was great. I could tell the employees went above and beyond for me to make the food taste the best it possibly could. 5/5!
