WAITED 1.25 HOURS (YES, YOU READ THAT RIGHT) FOR MY FOOD. When it finally arrived we had no choice but to take it to go. On the way home we realized they had given us the wrong food AND it was cold. Everyone waiting for food that day was fuming at the horrible service and delays. They didn't have the decency to tell people in line about to order that the wait was over an hour. I felt so bad that I ended up telling them. LBK should thank me for helping them about more pissed off customers. I disputed the charge because I didn't get my order and couldn't even eat the crap they did give me (and they had the nerve to fight me on it). In my life I have never left a bad review like this and, in this case, was reluctant due to the fact that it was a kosher place. If you are a glutton for punishment and enjoy paying a high price to wait an hour for crappy, expensive kosher food, then go to LBK. Otherwise, stay away... you've been warned!

The service was horrible they kept us waiting over an hour for just appetizers, and finally when i complained to them,they served us the food was dry and cold!! My husband and i have been waiting to pick up our order and not once did the lady say our name or number and claimed that she did, which she didn't. Horrible place, would never recommend

Waited 45 minutes for two burgers, fries, and chicken fingers. Burgers were okay, chicken was very dry. But the worst part — I got a tiny salad, literally the size of a ketchup cup, and they charged $4.50 for it. It tasted awful, just sour like straight vinegar. Not worth the wait or the price.

9pm. All staff are on their phones. Headphones on. Nobody's at the counter. Soda machine doesn't work. Literally talking to me from behind the counter and then just disappearing. Unbelievable. Also gave us the wrong sandwich entirely.
Not only that. Its now 9:35pm and there are little lights on the table so you can actually see when you eat. Sitting here enjoying my meal and they literally took it away even though they close in 25 minutes. Seriously- would never happen in a non kosher establishment. Gross

Fries were very good, kids chicken nuggets were overfried with a dark thick crust, with small pieces it was more crust than meat - not good for kids. Probably better get chicken tenders for kids (bigger pieces - less crust, hopefully).
Fantastic delicious food and a great boardwalk location too! There are shaded picnic tables right off the boardwalk for convenient dining. The food was prepared and ready in a short time, even on a busy weekend which was impressive. I highly recommend

I'm shocked and disappointed that when I ordered a $7 hot dog, they wouldn't add any toppings without forcing me to buy a whole extra side of coleslaw for $4. It's ridiculous that they don't offer simple toppings like sauerkraut or others to customize the hot dog. This seems like an overly restrictive and petty policy, especially considering the hot dog's premium price point.
