I call Strollo's the taste of summer. Some of the best ice cream in the state, and certainly the best on the Jersey Shore. They are a cash-only establishment. Be sure to have some money on you. Would recommend milkshakes and sundaes here!

Great ice cream and Italian Ice, however prices are ABSURD and lines extremely long.
I took my niece there yesterday. The ice cream was not cold enough (niece said it was ‘warm’ for ice cream) and it proceeded to start melting everywhere out of the undersized kiddie cup within one minute of getting it. (It was 85°, not sweltering hot).It resulted in a veritable mess and I had to run back and ask for another larger cup which the order taker gave to me on request.I got the cherry Italian ice, didn’t have The same melting issue but it was relatively lightly flavored, wasn’t really too impressed.There was like two flavors of ice cream and one had nuts, which my niece is allergic to. So the only choice was a chocolate vanilla mix.Will not return there.
