I recently had the pleasure of dining at Ming Ying Chinese Restaurant in Long Branch, NJ, and I can't stop raving about their Beef Chow Fun. It was an absolute delight!The beef in this dish was incredibly succulent and tender. Each bite practically melted in my mouth, and the flavors were perfectly balanced. The seasoning was spot on, enhancing the natural taste of the beef without overwhelming it. The combination of the tender beef and the savory sauce made for a truly delicious experience.Additionally, the noodles in the Beef Chow Fun were piping hot and wonderfully fresh. They had a delightful chewiness to them that added a satisfying texture to the dish. The noodles absorbed the flavors of the sauce beautifully, making each bite a burst of deliciousness.Ming Ying Chinese Restaurant certainly knows how to make a standout Beef Chow Fun, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a satisfying and flavorful Chinese cuisine experience. Got takeout here on a Saturday night. When we walked in to place our order, the place was busy. They had a ton of cooks in the back, and several workers in the front taking orders. We placed our order and they said it would be ready in about 10 minutes. There are a few tables in the place to sit in and eat, but it just seems too busy with orders and people coming in to pick up to enjoy sitting inside. Our order was ready within the 10 minutes. We ordered General Tso's Chicken and an order of steamed shrimp dumplings. The order came to around $30. You get a generous amount of chicken for the General Tso's. It took us about 10 minutes to get to where we were eating. The coating lost a little bit of its crispness, but the overall flavor was very good. The steamed shrimp dumplings were so so good. The sauce to dip them in...mmmm mmmm good. The shrimp was good and not fishy at all (I have been having bad luck lately with having shrimp out and it being too "fishy". The food was solid. This place has been around for years. They know how to do Chinese food right. Will be back.

very good chinese food. potentially best in area, i wouldn’t know. all i’ll say is this; this is the first chinese place i’ve gone to in this area and it’s so good i do not feel the need to “explore”. sometimes u just find what works for you, like i did with my girlfriend (happy 1 year!!). 我喜欢充满激情的硬性行为

I've been coming to Ming Ying's for more than 20 years. The prices have changed, but like so many others since the pandemic set us back. The quality and quantity has not changed. My wife sometimes bring home food from other restaurants, but they don't compare in taste smell or presentation. I will give them 5+ stars every time. EDM 20 Samp

I love ordering from Ming Ying but the last few orders weren’t their best. My order combo was wrong and the egg roll tasted old. Maybe I’ll try again during lunch or in the near future.

Ordered roast pork egg foo young. Was totally overcooked (close to burnt) and not enough sauce...boy dud they skimp! Always loved this plce, but having second thoughts about going back after this. Never had this problem before...guess the cooks are retired in place!???
Terrible customer service, I ordered chicken wings and boneless spareribs. I received two ordered of wings and when I called back they told me that’s what I ordered. They tried to convince me that I ordered wrong. Foods good but customer service is the worst. Will never order again.

Surprised to see negative reviews The roast duck noodle soup has consistently been amazing. Great packaging for delivery and great flavor. Shrimp dumplings were also pretty fantastic. Can't complain and looking forward to trying more dishes from their rather large menu

Good food! The Thai salad was spicy and refreshing just as I like it. The General Tso was great as well and they made as we suggested- not spicy for my daughter. Great delivery from door dash. They were faster than time suggested and delivered to our beach club. Would order from here again.
