Place was filthy, ordered a drink. Tried to add boba but was promptly ignored. Manager was very grumpy and when we finally got his attention he overcharged for the boba compared to what was on the menu. When we pointed out the overcharge he said it was because of additional labor. When we said it didn't make sense, he literally said, "me talking to you right now is extra labor and is costing you a dollar". Never go again this is a horrible establishment.

their hours are a complete mystery, the ones listed here are far from correct but they dont have them posted anywhere. seems like they just go in when they feel like it but every single time we go to pier village they’re closed.

I'm a huge fan of Mr. Wish at Pier Village! Their menu is extensive, which is awesome if you love trying new things. I was curious about the taro bubble tea, and the friendly staff member explained that it's made with real taro, so it might have a slightly more natural, textured feel compared to some other flavors. I loved the unique taste and the fun, chewy bubbles. They also have a great selection of toppings to customize your drink. I'll definitely be back to explore more of their menu!

Yesterday, I went to Mr. Wish at Pier Village. I was immediately overwhelmed by the vast menu. Luckily, a young woman working there was incredibly beautiful, kind, and helpful. She patiently waited while I decided on my drink and explained the different toppings, flavors, and dietary options. I've never received such excellent customer service at a store. Best of all, she made my drink quickly and even asked if I was happy with the taste, offering to remake it if needed. Being born in the 1970s, this was the first time I've experienced service at this level. I'll definitely be returning to this place!

I wish there was an option to give less than 1 star. We ordered a taro bubble tea and we asked before if it was grainy prior to ordering to which the one person working there, who is also apparently the manager, she said no. The drink we got ended up being super grainy and chunky which is not what we expected. When we told her, she told us that they use real taro but she also said she doesn’t know what grainy means. We asked if she can give us a new drink and she said no. She was rude. And didn’t care about customer satisfaction. The tables were also dirty and not cleaned.

The drinks are okay, but they open whenever they want and close whenever they want. I've gone 1 hour before closing and was told to leave bc they were closing early. Multiple times ive tried to go in but they are closed.

Doesn't taste good . All the buble pearls sticks together. This is what happens when you take from a refrigerator, but you should make a new one every day

this cashier Girl was sooo rude like i ordered two boba and i said do you guys have popping bubble she said yes and said brown sugar in like a isnt that obvious way,, like girl u obviously have no clue what popping bubbles are. how u work at a boba place and don know what popping bubbles areso then she said u want tapioca i said no i want sago and she went ahead and put tapioca in one of my drinks and i literally said no tapioca ok and then i told her i didn't order this and then she was all like you did and then was like "if you didnt want any toppings then dont say anything." umm??? girl what the hell and the drinks werent even that good to have such a irritating employee so

The cashier girl was so rude! We're staying at the bungalow hotel and we get 15% off at Mr. Wish (there's a list and Mr. Wish is on it) and she said she won't accept it and was so rude about it.
