Besides the amazing sandwhiches, legendary soups and the best chocolate chip cookies you'll find in this town, the staff here is awesome! Family owned and run and they make thier regulars feel like family too ... a sad dying trend in todays world.

Most importantly, don't neglect the breakfast sandwhiches! Only place I know that won't look at you funny for ordering fried balogna but if that's not your thing the pork roll, sausage and bacon are more than up to snuff Always hot, huge portions, and they will make it however you ask! Great potatos too!!

Thank you guys for always making lunch and breakfast the best time of the day!

During lunch, I go at least 2-3 a month and get a wrap. Definitely on the pricer side but in my opinion it’s worth it and I enjoy it every single time. Always fresh and tastes delicious, not much to complain about. Looking forward to continuing going and enjoying it!

Bbq pork sandwich was good as always, but chicken in the soup was tough as leather and bland.
Hard rock music was disturbingly loud. This used to be a quiet lunch spot, now it's just not pleasant anymore.

I did a quick search for sandwich spots on our way back home to North Jersey—and I’m so glad I did! We tried the Tak Rat and the Meg. The honey mustard was delicious, the mozzarella tasted so fresh, and the chicken cutlet on both sandwiches was cooked perfectly. The service was excellent and incredibly friendly. I wish I snapped a pic, but it smelled and tasted too good for me to stop for that 🤣. Honestly, even to how the sandwiches were wrapped was well done!! This is definitely going to be a must-stop every time I visit my dad in Long Branch. Thank you!

This place renewed my faith in a jersey shore sub.. absolutely solid food spot. I’d make the 40m drive to get lunch here again.

Don’t let the prices scare you, absolutely worth it.

Today was my third visit, so I feel pretty confident in posting this. The Carter Kevin is genuinely the best sandwich I've ever had. There's so much more on this menu I want to try, but this sandwich is just so incredible that I can't bring myself to try anything else.

Everyone in this place is so friendly, the sandwiches are massive (that's the small), the bread is absolute perfection, and even the Mac salad is spot on.

I can't say enough good things about Neil's Kitchen. They deserve all the praise, all the success, and all the recognition.

Best peppers & egg sandwich I’ve ever had and I’ve had them all. Cheesesteak is next level as well, but please excuse me as I’m about to tear up this pepper & egg like it’s my job.
