I spoke to the young abrasive man at the front desk taking calls today to inquire about a day pass for my family and he rudely said we don’t do that (in the worst tone)- without offering any other options… but I went on and inquired about a membership and he said the GM wasn’t there… as he huffed and puffed… then obviously I asked ‘when do you recommend I call?’ And without saying a word, he hung up the phone on me. Classless, rude, and unnecessary. Never again.
