I walked in to grab myself an açaí bowl again this week but wasn’t too sure what i wanted before I ordered, it wasn’t busy at all at the time but as I walked up the register the girl with pink highlights just gave me the most bothersome look ever and also was very rude when taking my order. When I also walked in a couple of days ago I seen her in the back on her phone while her co workers were doing all the work!! I still tipped because I worked in the food industry before and seeing all the other hardworking workers in the back they didn’t deserve one bad worker ruin it for all of them.

This store is a scam when you order from them on door dash they try to say your order was picked up already to the driver and it’s BS! This is the second drums they took my money and didn’t give my driver the food!!

I am so surprised by these good reviews because this is the worst Playa Bowls I have ever been to! There was a bunch of us waiting around for our order and what it seemed like a bunch of employees not working. I watched the girl making bowls cutting up fruit and then throw a piece in her mouth!!! I was stunned. The bowls were half filled coming out. The lady before me never recieved one bowl. When they gave me my order they made a smoothie instead of a cold brew. When I asked about it she said she would “add coffee in it”?! It took about 25 minutes to get my bowl and “cold brew”. I ordered it to go and they didn’t put a lid or put in it a bag, they pointed to the table to have me go do it myself. There were flies flying around the table with the lids. It was an awful dirty experience and I love Playa. Maybe just go to a further location.
