My wife and I ate at Raizes for the first time this evening. Fabulous meal. Wonderful service.

The food was overpriced and didn't seem very tasty. I ordered the chicken, costilla de vaca and picana tray separately. 4 slices of meat. I had to order more food from a different restaurant. White rice, (flavorless), and french fries, beans were on the side. I recommend Long Branch BBQ on Broadway in Long Branch. It's a better price for the same dish and it tastes even better. No, I won't go back to Raizes de Portugal.

The place is good, the food is very delicious but the service is very bad. I traveled an hour and 15 minutes to go eat at that place so the waitress gave us terrible service and when we told the owner she was like OK and what do you want me to do? service was very different what a pity for those people or the employees being like that or the owners

good if you go to eat on a week day. love the food so we booked for Valentine’s Day. instead of an intimate dinner we had a headache and a hungry belly. food took 1.5 hours and the live music was loud to the point where you couldn’t converse.

The service is terrible, the owners are extremely ignorant with the employees and also with me as a customer, they lost another one, Elaine... improve!
