Rooney's Oceanfront Restaurant

Very enjoyable! We arrived at 4pm for our reservation and they let us order from the lunch OR the dinner menu. Both were great! But it was so nice of them to even ask! We were escorted to a wonderful table overlooking the ocean. Our meal was peaceful and quiet looking out at the boats and people walking on the beach. The selection of items was great with seafood featured, but plenty of items on the meat/beef side. Something there for everyone with reasonable prices! Waiting to go again!

As always the service was excellent and the food and drinks were exactly what we wanted. Rooney's can be counted on for providing consistent and enjoyable occasions.

We had a lovely time. Food was great! I asked for a table with a view, forgetting it get dark early 🤦🏼‍♀️ but they accommodated us! Everything was wonderful

This is a landmark in Long Branch. Our main entrees were excellent, as were our cocktails, and the service was attentive without being annoying. Only demerit was very some old, toasted bread. Great view of the beach & ocean. Highly recommend.

First time we dine here, ambience and the view is excellent, plenty of parking . Food was only fair , not a lot of selection , plus in the carving station I asked for the end piece and he gave me a look and cut a very very thin slice . 2 managers came to our table multiple times and the last one was not nice and hinting us that we have to go which is not right for a buffet because they are trying to sit other customers. Overall it was only a fair experience for us

All was fine, as always. Food was good, service was very good, view is fantastic. Always a good pick for dinner.

Rooney's is a staple for me. The food is always amazing. Daryl and his staff are awesome. It's a must if you e never been

We had their delicious French Onion soup and the crab cake sandwich for lunch! Great food, beautiful view

A group of six of us had a very enjoyable dinner at Rooney‘s last night. We had a great round table and a corner so we could easily hear each other. The food of course was excellent and our waiter named Brian was superb.

We were blown away with the service , Kamil our server was fantastic. The food was great too.

I never have anything bad to say the food was excellent. The views were impeccable and the conversation was amazing. I even had a chance to talk to the owner again.
