Going into the restaurant I was expecting a nice steak with ambience and good service. That was not the case for the situation. As much as the ambience was nice and the food was OK. The service was not. As I’m paying, they call the rabbi over to open the cash box I proceeded to watch the rabbi take some of my change and put it in the bar tip jar without consulting with . and 18% gratuity is already added onto the bill so for him to add more without my consent was not right. For anybody that decides to go to the restaurant, please make sure you count your money and do the math

Parking: Off season street parking is free but it's limited near Salt. A short walk from the center of Pier Village had additional street parking. There is a parking garage behind Salt but there is no hourly parking just daily for $20.00.

Hands down one of the best kosher steak houses out there. Food is amazing and the service is next level. Everyone is so helpful. Food came out great timing and we were able to how long we wanted without being pushed out. 5 ⭐ across the board
I had the very best experience celebrating a birthday party for a family member in the party room. Although we were not a large party, Keiri the event manager spent lots of time and effort to make this event memorable. She was always available, and fine tuned into our needs. While at the party, Miranda provided great technical support, and Yosef made sure that everything went smoothly. Our waiters were Soleiman and Junior, and they made sure that all guests were happy and well taken care of - with a good balance of service without intrusion. Excellent service, highly recommended for that very special occasion!

Dining in salt restaurant is a really great experience.. I have gone there many times and each time was always amazing.. the ambiance is very beautiful.. several times we had Justin as our server and each time he was terrific..checked on us very often .. and impeccable service.. it became one of our favorite places!! Must go!!
