A fantastic pizza joint in Long Branch. Great people running the show. They scorched the crust on the to-go reheats but this pie was still fantastic. Garlic Margherita was on point. Sicilian and grandma's were both killer. Friendly people making fresh, deelish pie. Give 'em your business.

Ordered takeout while at work. The plain pizza was ok. Could have used more salt. Wish you could order garlic powder to accompany the order, that would have made it taste better. The pepperoni was good because it added salty flavor. The crust had a nice bite.

The absolute worst pizza in Long Branch! I cannot believe anyone would give a good review. We are local residents and business owners. We have been customers for many years prior to new ownership. Tried this place so many times over the last few years, both dining in and carry out, and giving it the benefit of the doubt. No comparison to previous owners. Consistently horrible. Pizza sitting on trays completely dried up and looking like it’s been sitting all day. Pasta had zero sauce. A few weeks ago, I was running late to get home and went in to order 4 slices of the grandma’s pie to go. Upon ordering, I was immediately told, it’s $4.00 per slice, when i didn’t even ask about the price! This evening, my friend went in and ordered 4 slices of plain to go. It was taken from a shelf below the case that already looked dried up and tasted old. Our experience exactly.
Needless to say, we, along with our friends and neighbors in Long Branch will never be back again.

I usually love scalas…Their marg pizza is delicious. But I’m upset about their salads. And my whole order in general. I asked multiple times for the round marg pie with sesame seeds. I got a square grandmas pie- complete opposite and wrong sauce. They need a better system for the phone - there were 3 diff women on the phone trying to my order overall- hence why my order probably got entirely messed up. The other thing id point out that can make their food better is NOT Putting hot chicken on top of cold lettuce, it ruins the entire salad…. So the lettuce and croutons and everything are all wilted. Super upset about it- waste of $20. But def try their pizza out- the right one …. Round marg pizza pie. Not even leaving this review to be a dick and I’ll def go back myself. I’m writing it for some insight for scalas in hopes it’ll help them lol

The pizza they used to make was AMAZING but they must have got a new pizza guy, the pizza is paper thin, crunchy and no crust im soo upset they changed their pizza guy.
So I was doordashing, came in earlier, and the food looked really good, went back after I was done, told them how Saturday was to taste their food... I ordered it, fried cheese, ravioli and 2 pre-made slices. It took forty minutes for me to say, forget it, give me my money back.. Not one of the 3 people working there said, sir, you know what? Take the food, see how it is. My apologies, they just gave me my money and I left... I don't know if their food rates with their service, but their service SUCKS

Ordered a big order over $200. Got a meat lover pizza and found a hair in it. Their calamari should be off the menu, it is by far the worst calamari I have ever seen. Tiny portion, tiny calamari that is all breading. Really really bad experience.

I had the displeasure of meeting their delivery driver outside when trying to park. They were very rude and said that they didn't care if they took up two spaces. I have kids and ended up having to leave due to the language they were using. They seemed very aggressive..
