I don’t usually write reviews, but this dining experience was disappointing enough that I feel others should be warned.

To start, everything took over an hour to arrive at our table, and that’s not an exaggeration. From drinks to appetizers to entrees, the wait was painfully long. When the food finally arrived, it was unfortunately not worth the wait. The sea bass was rubbery and chewy, completely overcooked and poorly handled. The salmon was so dry and flavorless that it was basically inedible. The steak had a strange sour taste. I’m not sure how that’s even possible unless some questionable sauce was added, or worse, the meat itself was off. The drinks didn’t help redeem the experience. They were flat, watery, and tasted like they were thrown together with no care.

The only redeeming aspect of the evening was the ambiance and the beach view. The setting was genuinely lovely , scenic, and ideal for a fun night. Sadly, everything else about the restaurant failed to match the beauty of its surroundings.

To their credit, the manager was very nice and apologized profusely for the delays and poor quality. While his professionalism was appreciated, it sadly couldn’t make up for the overall experience.

In short: beautiful location, kind manager, terrible food, unacceptable wait times. I won’t be returning, and I can’t recommend it to others.

Terrible service. People from the beach sitting all over the hotel lobby. Very long line to go to the restrooms because of all the people from the beach also using the hotel's restrooms. The food from the bbq buffet was okay but not worth the $60 per person. Tip was, by default included, but I would of given $0 if it was my choice. There was not a waiter around: tables all dirty and with dirty plates on them. Will never go again.

4th of July Confusion

Restaurant not busy at all for breakfast at about 9:30 -10:00. At the podium, the host said buffet only, you can’t order off the menu. Buffet was honestly pitiful. I’ve seen better “free” breakfast spread at Hampton Inn. Adults $25.99, kids about $12.00.

While at the buffet for my “second helping” the head chef said, oh of course you can order from the menu, until 11:00. Both us and another party were surprised by the comment. What could have been a $20 breakfast ended up being like $60 because we were forced to order from the buffet. The chef said she would correct the host. I also asked to see a copy of the menu and my server said, buffet only, so she was confused as well. She also gave me lip when I asked for the menu.

Guys- it’s not that hard, especially since the restaurant was empty.

Caveat emptor.

Seemed like a pure money-grab.

Service was sooo bad. Bartended don't know how to make drinks in the lobby. It took him 20 minutes to make three drinks, one of which was a glass of wine. Waiter forgot to put in a club sandwich during dinner. Everyone was very nice but lacked competence. The food was very good but the wine selection was terrible. Rose that tasted like juice.

went there for mother's day- last minute - empty- slow- felt like we were eating in a wedding catering hall, but no one was there, very strange. Waiter did not know the menu

Have dined here numerous. Never had an issue until this last time. Service was atrocious. I even messaged the restaurant in orser to not take my review to social media and they never even responded. Absolutely sub par

Overall experience was good. Starters and main entrees good. Desserts below pare. However the service was very good and the ambiance lovely. We will come back for dinner when the weather warms and the Tiki Bar is open and there is music

Visited the spa and Hotel, which were very nice. Made a dinner reservation in advance and was not told that it would be only buffet this night.

Maybe I'm picky, or my wife cooks too well, but this was the first time in a long time I haven't gone out to eat at a restaurant and thought “...we could have made this better.” And for Valentine's Day I kinda expected the service to suffer a bit, but the staff were great, everything came out well timed, and the food was phenomenal. Just an all around great experience, I would definitely go back.

Food was a disappointment the lobster tail was chewy,the calamari was not cooked enough and the Salem was dry we barely ate the food .The service was very slow they seemed very under staffed the people that worked there where very nice just seemed overwhelmed.

Not worth it. I order fish and chips, but got fish sandwich instead. Fish was way over frye

Every prior year, the hours were 12:00 until 7:00. This year they changed to 5;00 but I did not notice it. I tried to change my reservation to 2;00 pm from 3;00 but your system would not let me and there was no one I could contact. When people saw the 5;00 pm closing, they just did not show up.
