I love going to Sergio's in Philly, but I had a bad experience ordering from the Long Branch location. I ordered on their website for delivery and the site said there was no delivery fee. When the delivery driver arrived after more than an hour, he said I owed a $20 delivery fee, which was totally unexpected and on top of the $7 tip I had already paid. We called the restaurant and they said we should have called them before ordering to see what the delivery fee was. The food is cold, they got my order wrong, and I paid nearly $30 for delivery (the place is just 15 mins from my house) - I honestly feel scammed. Don't order delivery from here I guess?

I just left the restaurant.I cannot describe my satisfaction with the service I received.Starting with the Sandwich: impeccable, tasty and exactly as ordered. Thank you to the kitchen staff for the excellent service on the grill.Regarding the service, friendly people with a smile on their faces. The girl who helped us, unfortunately I didn't remember her name, was a nice person. Thank you Sérgio for the team running the restaurant. It turned our experience into a pleasant dinner!

Disappointing!! We ordered two açaís and they came out wrong. I asked to make one pure with just milk and it came with milk and condensed milk, we asked for one without coconut and it came with coconut. In other words, you take it and don’t get what you paid for ?♀️

Not giving it a bad review, the place was very clean very nice Service good prices. Just preparing you. I am from Hudson County. The hamburger was good but had mayonnaise in it. I personally don't like mayonnaise the bacon very lean but cooked soft. I'm used to bacon well done and the black bean soup was black beans and pieces of pork I'm not saying the soup was bad, but being from Hudson County, I expected black beans over rice, my comments are just to prepare you, so you're not let down ..

One of my favorite restaurant down the shore. They're known for their burgers but their chicken and rice is good as well. Highly recommend. One of the better places to eat in long branch.
