We were there on Monday of Labor Day Weekend and the staff and the place was amazing! You can imagine the rush when you go to a place like that on Labor Day weekend, add on top of that exhausted parents and over stimulated kids and it’s a recipe for disaster. But they were so patient and amazing and considerate and helpful when we were there. The portions are insane. The cookies are beyond amazing, still fresh 3 days later! And you’re on the beach. What more could you ask for? I’ll def be back!

Saturday night was popping - a line out the door! Even so, service was fast and attentive. Came with a large group (15+ people) and we all were satisfied. They were very attentive to my nut allergy. Had the brown butter donut ice cream - the single scoop was massive, but I ate the whole thing it was that good! The restaurant was packed so I ate it outside the shop. Yum!

The funfetti cookie was very good and soft. The chocolate chip cookie was just okay. The ice cream was okay, nothing out of the ordinary.

We had The Baked Bear at Pier Village set up a custom ice cream sandwich cart for my son’s Bar Mitzvah, and it was an absolute hit. Emily was fantastic to work with—responsive, flexible, and on top of every detail. She helped us customize everything, from the cookies to the ice cream flavors and toppings, and made the whole process smooth.
We ended up serving 130 guests with a great selection: Snickerdoodle, Chocolate Chip, Cookie Monster, and Nutella Chocolate Chunk cookies; Vanilla, Chocolate, Almond Brittle, and Caramel Pretzel Chip ice cream; plus fun toppings like sprinkles, Oreo crumbs, and mini M&Ms. Guests loved being able to mix and match cookies, and even use a brownie for one side of the sandwich.
The setup looked great, the service was quick and friendly, and most importantly—everyone left with huge smiles. I’d recommend Emily and The Baked Bear for any celebration. They helped take our event to the next level

Not to mention that the ice cream and cookies were delicious! Highly recommend the chocolate Nutella cookies that have some flaky salt that satisfies anyone's sweet tooth!
Oh also just make it an ice cream sandwich warmed up you won't regret it!

Went fairly late in the evening. They have an icecream sandwich. For some reason it did not work for me. The ice cream itself was good, the cookie was good. But the combination did not work. Tried the Caramel pretzel fudge between the Macadamia nut cookie. Bit expensive, same price range as Cold Stone. The Waffle cone with Butter Brittle cake was better. Friendly staff. Great Location.

Great ice cream place, very clean and very well managed. Specifically a manager by the name of Alexus was very professional and friendly, she has a good attitude when working, me and my boyfriend were very impressed! I asked for her name so I could give a good review because coming from experience I know how important it is to have actually skilled managers. And she is by far one of them!!! Keeping it professional, super friendly, and overall a great environment.
