ON 10/9/2022, The Corner Cafe officially closed! it's doors and closed the business.... The management advised me it is moving to another State. I'm disappointed about this. I hope a new concession continues operation. Its 1 block from the Ocean and we frequented the cafe hundreds of times.

We just got 2 items - ice cream was pretty good. Mango smoothie - it was hard to tell that it is mango. It was just lots of sugar and some other chemically thing.

Great place for gelato. They have many flavor options. They also have coffee and other desert. The place has a lot seating indoor and outdoor. Very fast service and nice people work here. Will definitely come again when we are in Long Branch.

The Corner Café is the perfect little breakfast stop on the beach! They offer a different assortment of baked goods from croissants, to bagels, muffins and sandwiches. They serve one good cup of cappuccino! Prices very reasonable. Staff friendly and restaurant clean and welcoming!!

Not worth going here. Coffee watered down and pork roll, egg and cheese… just look at the photo, speaks for itself. Hope they make some changes, they’re in a good spot.

Food was probably below average. My veggie panini had a weird taste and my kids didn’t appreciate the pickles snuck inside their ham:cheese wrap. My husband’s Cuban wasn’t the best and they used styrofoam for containers. The packaging just added to unpleasantness of the meal. But I will say the staff was friendly and helpful. Not a place I’d go back to unfortunately.

Now I understand why this place’s rates are so low. I’ve been coming here for years and the service is just getting worse and worse. Last night was a cherry on the top of the cake. I paid for all the stuff me and my husband ordered and went in second line to get my daughter’s ice cream. Was called for my cappuccino turned around to grab it and sure enough my spot in line for the ice cream has been taken by the older couple. When the girl behind the counter asked them what they like I mentioned that I was standing the line for the last 5 minutes but was rudely turned down by the cashier and the older lady in line. The sorbet my daughter ordered wasn’t even looking edible and the order was put in wrong as she ordered a cone and the receipt says cup. The whole experience was just bad. Never coming back and would recommend to avoid going there.

I have never posted a review so this is my first time and I will say that as my first experience in this coffee shop was disappointing. My cappuccino was so watered down, my husbands egg wrap was just inedible. Did not taste good, and my croissant was dry. We ended up just throwing everything out after 1 bite and left to a different shop. Unsatisfied. BUT the staff was great and very welcoming, the shop is beautiful. Food was just not too good.

This place is a joke. 7 bucks for this card ? Should be illegal to mess up a pork roll, egg, and cheese this bad in Jersey.

It was so bad it became funny. This is my first time writing a review because I was just so bothered and confused. I ordered a turkey panini with lettuce and tomato. I got the panini no lettuce or tomato. I politely asked for them to add it since I was charged extra for it. Then the guy brought me a new sandwich with ONLY lettuce and tomato, at this point I sort of just laughed and wondered had happened. Then I asked again, there’s no turkey or cheese?? The guy came back with the same sandwich with a slice of turkey slapped on top. At this point I had lost hope and just left. The excuse was that the guy had a language barrier, but why is someone making food that can’t read the order… putting the order aside, it would have been acceptable if the food was actually edible, but it wasn’t. I am beyond positive that inmates in prison are fed higher quality meals then what I was served. Do yourself a favor and walk a few feet to any other place.

very mediocre panini. prosciutto was incredibly thick and tough like leather. Couldn’t chew through it, would be touch to even get through with a knife. We were served on paper plates with stale potato chips.Hoping they can improve as I do not see longevity with this quality of service and food.Location is lovely though.

After meeting with a client on Monday I stopped by the Corner Cafe for a quick bite. The Cuban Panini was delicious. The service was excellent. I enjoyed sitting outside and listening to the Atlantic. Very relaxing. So relaxing that I left my jacket with my wallet at the Cafe. I did not figure this out till I was home in CT 3 hours later. When I called, the Manager Micheal Keating offered to overnite the items back to me. This place rocks. I hope I need to go to the clients again so I can personally thank them.
