It's a little pricey but the food is top notch. The hot chocolate is unbelievable. If you're there for breakfast, definitely order one.

Nice breakfast stop when checking out the beach. Food was fantastic, service was a bit out of step, but still above average. Plenty of things to check out afterwards.

Great spot! I had the grain bowl with 3 perfectly poached eggs. Good coffee, too. Fast and friendly service in a bright and airy dining room.

Stopped here for a quick coffee with a family. Ordered latte, iced americano, and a Rwanda pour over coffee. The lady at POS was absent for minutes -- we had to ask server at the restaurant to grab the lady. Coffee was terrible. Just terrible, coming from a coffee enthusiast. Pour over was done without any technique - the lady was literally just pouring it down through the filter. It did not capture any of the bean flavor. Iced americano was like just iced water to the point if the lady missed a shot to add. Latte was ok, but nothing special. Literally pouring steamed milk into the espresso. No adding technique or art was observed.

Excellent food! Our server was attentive and other than I needed to ask three staff to get a spoon for my coffee, she was awesome! She even filled up a Togo coffee for me! Will be back tomorrow morning before we head home.

Perfect relaxing breakfast with the family. Seated right away on a Wednesday morning. Friendly wait staff and great service. Ordered The big easy benedict and huevos rancheros, a French press, German chocolate latte and 3 different hot chocolates (for the kiddos). Everything was delicious and fresh. The price is very good if not better than most common diners in this area. The food and coffee is 1000% better too. This is our favorite breakfast place when we visit NJ. Definitely recommend.

Ate here for breakfast on Sunday, December 17, 2023. I'm familiar with Turning Point as I have frequented their other establishment in Westfield many times to great satisfaction. When my family came to Long Branch to attend my daughter's black belt ceremony, we were delighted when we found a Turning Point restaurant so we decided to have a pre celebratory breakfast before the ceremony. My wife ordered French toast with bacon, my daughter ordered a waffle with bacon and I ordered the blueberry pancakes with bacon. About 5-6 hours later I started feeling sick. Soon after, I started throwing up violently, which is all indications of food poisoning from either tainted pancake batter or from unwashed blueberries . This was all I ate all day. Glad it was me that had bad food rather than my wife or daughter. While I will continue to support Turning Point, I will not make any recommendations to this particular restaurant given my bad dining experience.
