I love this place... great bands and the oceanview is amazing. I've been going there for years but the service is awful!! EVERY SINGLE time I am there, I wait at least 20 minutes for a drink even when they're not busy. They just keep walking by me and then they have an attitude when I keep flagging them down... then they make me wait even longer on spite!! I see people walk away disgusted after waiting so long, it's a shame as they are losing a lot of business and I really do not think they even care. I will be going to The Avenue from now on!!

I went to the tiki bar while at the beach; and I will never return. We ordered frozen drinks, only to be told 5 minutes later that the ice machine wasn't working, so he couldn't make the drinks. There was no music, we were told there was an issue with the sound system. My friend asked could she give him her speaker to at least play music, which the bartender agreed to, however approximately 30 minutes later we were told that they were about to play trivia, so the music had to stop. Then to witness the bartender treat and be more attentive to the white patrons than to us was very disheartening. We were unaware of the happy hour special, however observed the bartender offering the white patrons the happy hour specials. When I brought it to his attention, and asked why he didn't offer us happy hour, he said "we don't have time to do that." I said but you just did it for them. Needless to say I didn't spend not a dime here after that.

Terrible drinks and service! Place wasn't even that busy and it took at least 15/20 minutes to get a bartender. Over priced drinks that weren't made as described on menu. One of the cocktails was straight water! Waste of time and money
Drinks were decent but, itt took them almost 30 min to bring out A food order when place was barely crowded. Very disappointed of the service and experience at this place.
