What a wonderful experience at Biagio’s! The Pork Shank Osso Bucco was absolutely outstanding — incredibly tender, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. The meat practically fell off the bone, and the rich sauce was delicious. It was served with farro, which complemented the dish perfectly. Every bite was full of flavor, and the presentation was just as impressive.
