Ocean Bay next door has better pizza parties. Don't live here, you lose if you do. Ocean Bay next door offers immortality which I personally like to have. Longport Seaview has borderline insanely boring name and bad soft pretzel parties. Plus bad dresser people live here, metal T-shirt are in so wake up old fogies. Ocean Bay next door is metal as hell!
