Ordered dinner using Slice since I was too ill to cook. They called to request a substitution for an out of stock item. They didn't mention any problems with delivering my order. The food never arrived. My husband drove over to find that they're closed for the evening. This is completely unacceptable.
Here I sit eating cheese fries for dinner! Per slice they decided to swap out my pork roll sandwich for a shredded pork sand which with roasted pepper and mozzarella because they ran out of pork roll. Totally not the same thing! Oh and their response well credit you $5! Hello CALL if you don’t have something! Beyond pissed I am eating fries for dinner! Unacceptable!!!!! We used to order from here all the time! It won’t ever happen again!
