Went to this great establishment in Lyndhurst New Jersey for the first time. Considering I live in Upstate New York in here just to get ready for a New York Yankee game tomorrow we decided to try this restaurant out. We were not disappointed. We also met the owner Chris who is a very fine gentleman who took care of us along with his great wait staff and professionalism. The food was delicious and phenomenal to say the least. If you haven't been here before I suggest you go....
They make the best Caesar salad & calamari. The staff is pleasant & all desserts are made on the premises. The Tiramisu is fantastic. You can bring your own wine or beer. Unfortunately, parking is getting a bit challenging since their parking lot was sold off to land developers. That has nothing to with the quality of the restaurant. Give it a try if you're in town.
We had such a wonderful experience dining at Gelone. The food was excellent, ivory tablecloths with exceptional atmosphere, soft music and great staff. Such a fine family resturant!
