I took a latte art class with Marcus. He was amazing, really took the time to explain everything to me and taught me great technique. And of course the coffee was exceptionally delicious! Highly recommend going for coffee and especially for a class!
My only quibbles with the lovely Muse Coffee are that the space can get hot in the summertime, and the food options are limited. Otherwise, the coffee is top quality, the staff friendly and non-invasive, and the setup conducive to a chat, a chunk of work, or a quick caffeine pick me up on the way to elsewhere. Parking around the corner is free; otherwise, there are 2-hour spots right outside, especially when the construction ends!
Just did the coffee making class and had a great time! Really explained the science and methodology between coffee blends, roasts, grind size as well as how to dial in shots properly. We also learned about steaming milk and latte art. We even got a crash course in what to look for when purchasing a quality espresso machine and coffee grinder for home use. 1000% recommend this class. Will give you a new perspective on coffee and a new appreciation for what your barista is doing...
