Our family has been going to Baba's since we moved to Madison 8 years ago. Old school Italian bakery with incredibly kind people and the best baked goods around. We are addicted to their chocolate croissants and the kids love picking out their own cookies. Their coffee is also sneaky great and less expensive than the fancy coffee-specific shops in town.

“I ordered a custom birthday cake, but it didn’t meet our specifications.The lady who took the order wasn’t knowledgeable and assured us of things that couldn’t be done. Later, we were told by someone else over the phone that the cake couldn’t be customized as we wanted, resulting in a standard icing with poor taste .Overall low quality , the service and product were disappointing. Not recommended.”

The Orion cake was an absolute showstopper—beautifully crafted, rich in flavor, and perfectly balanced. Every bite was a celebration in itself! The lobster tail pastry was a delightful addition—crispy, flaky, and filled with the most luscious cream.
