The service at this particular location was fine, but just generally why would you ever, ever spend 15 dollars on a burger, fries and drink here when you could spend pretty much the same price on an infinitely higher quality Five Guys meal, which has free peanuts and an actually working ice cream machine btw. Or even better, spend 10 on an even higher quality Chipotle burrito. I hadn’t eaten at Burger King for years, but I had missed a few meals and am broke, and I had heard they offer a lot of calories for pretty cheap, so I decided it might be fun. Nope! The burger was so bad I actually couldn’t finish it. You know how often that happens? NEVER. I feel like I got scammed out of 15 hard earned dollars. I unwrap it and it looks like a shit brick on a soggy bun, loaded up with ketchup and mayo of course. Worst meal I’ve had all year, I will never go to another Burger King and neither should you.

I can't understand what the issue is with this BK location. The people are always really nice, and the drive thru is fast. But there's always something wrong with the order. The last two times in a row when I ordered onion rings, I got fries. Today I got the onion rings, but they were both blazing lava hot AND soggy. It's the only fast food around aside from Chipotle so I end up here more often than I'd really like to be, since I work in the area, so it's not a one-off issue.

I ordered an iced coffee with milk and they brought out a beverage that was entirely white. It was way too sweet (didn't order sugar) and tasted like it had vanilla syrup in it.
I brought it back and asked for a black iced coffee with milk. The answer I got left me completely baffled.
The manager operating the drive thru told me they don't serve iced coffee that isn't sweetened. Strange. I asked if they could give me hot black coffee with ice and she was a little reluctant but obliged. I then asked for milk and was told they don't have milk. Huh? Didn't I just get a coffee that was completely white? What did you serve me? She pointed to the container full of half and half and said that was all they had. Why wasn't any of this told to me when I ordered an iced coffee to begin with?
Wild. Get your coffee elsewhere. 😂

If I could leave zero stars I would, this location gave me cold food. Basically frozen 12pc chicken fries and a cold bacon king don't worry the milkshake came out correct I normally would give benefit of the doubt if they where super busy and and multiple rushes... I was the ONLY person there no one inside no one in the drivethrough...used the app to report my order. They offered me $5 bucks... are you serious? For potential food poisoning $5 bucks? I hate sounding like a Karen but if I spend money on food that should be ready to eat and it comes out cold and I have to reheat my WHOLE order I would've just eaten at home especially since I was the ONLY person there.
