The worst Chipotle outlet I’ve ever been to! The staff here simply do not follow instructions, no matter how clearly you explain your order. I was even charged for items I did not order, and when I asked for a receipt, the person at the counter initially refused to provide it. After insisting multiple times, I finally received it—only to notice an extra charge of $3.42 for something I never ordered.
When I questioned it, the employee’s tone and behavior were completely unprofessional and disrespectful. Honestly, I even felt discriminated against by the way he interacted with me compared to others.
Absolutely unacceptable service and attitude. I’d strongly advise avoiding the Madison, NJ Chipotle outlet if you expect even basic courtesy or accuracy in your order.

When i mentioned it wasnt enough meat for the portion im supposed to be given the manager stopped the server from giving me more and said it was more than enough with an attitude. Then when the manager rang me up he charged me a side price for sour cream on the side which has never happened before at any chipotle I have been to. Instead of being helpful he stood to the side and micromanaged while being on his phone. He never asked me if I was eating here and just started putting my food in a bag. He made me feel uncomfortable and overall it was a bad experience. Also they had no forks out and were low on napkins. I will not be coming back to this location.
