When i mentioned it wasnt enough meat for the portion im supposed to be given the manager stopped the server from giving me more and said it was more than enough with an attitude. Then when the manager rang me up he charged me a side price for sour cream on the side which has never happened before at any chipotle I have been to. Instead of being helpful he stood to the side and micromanaged while being on his phone. He never asked me if I was eating here and just started putting my food in a bag. He made me feel uncomfortable and overall it was a bad experience. Also they had no forks out and were low on napkins. I will not be coming back to this location.

Horrible experience. Loud banging sounds from kitchen in a metal industrial interior. Teeny tiny portions. They could barely even fill up the little mini cup with guacamole. $40 plus for two small quesadillas. I remember when they actually gave you one big round tortilla with some meat in it now it’s a tiny half portion of quesadilla for the same price. Even the chips have gone downhill as they were stale had no flavor and apparently no longer have a hint of lime. No wonder their stock is going down.

They consistently lie about their hours. They claim to be open until 11 but closed at 8 many times I’ve tried to come. Do not expect this location to be open

I ordered for pick up on Uber eats and when I opened my order it wasn't like I wanted it. I told the people in cashier and it turns out that I had made my order wrong. Even though it was my fault Yude, the general manager, still fixed my order the way I wanted it without extra charge. Her and the cashier also explain to me how to order on Uber eat to get what I was expecting.
In most fast food restaurant they don't take the time to listen and fix costumers' mistakes. Here they did. Amazing costumer service.

How a store can mess up orders all the time, here is a prime example. I have tried dine-in, take out and every time the order is messed up. Staff does not hear or read what the instructions are and sometimes I have been charged more than what I asked for. Lucky that this location is surviving, because of nearby schools and colleges. Please don't mess up the brand !!!!

On top of this the food was stale and not tasty, insane.

First time I’ve actually felt inclined to leave a review. Orders are always wrong. Portions are insanely small compared to other chipotles. Skip this place - go to a different one.
