my grandma had terrible service
0 stars. Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I ordered dinner at 5:45. Was told it would be delivered around 6:15. I called at 7 pm when I still had not received dinner. Was told the kitchen was busy and asked if I wanted to cancel my order. When I said I did not unless if it was going to be much longer, I was put on hold. After holding for 10 minutes I was hung up on and my order was cancelled by the restaurant.
They should have a way to handle and let you know when they have too many orders and can’t handle the volume. Wasted a trip to find utter chaos with no one directing customers to their pickup orders.

You are horrible. Respect your clients. Worst experience ordering food and getting someone to respond. Shameful
Food is good but sometimes it don’t taste fresh ,
The owner is always yelling at someone and don’t properly explain the menu when being asked about a dish,, one time we didn’t like the duck and we told them about it they was yelling at us , and didn’t wanna do anything about it but made us to pay for it and didn’t or switch out something, the wife I believe at the front counter she’s rude to the employees

The general tsos chicken is so yummy! It comes with a bird made out of a radish! How fun! The atmosphere is very nice as well and the waiters were nice enough to let me have the duck to take home!

Too much waiting time for pickup
This is my 2nd time there. It was a miss on the food. The dumplings were not properly filled. The fried rice, didn't taste fresh. Like it was the 1st time. Sesame chicken was dry & overcooked. It was Sunday & busy, don't know if that was the reason for the food, being a miss.

I was at first excited when Dao Madison moved into town and even more excited when I was told they can accommodate gluten free as I have celiac. After several miss steps with mixed up orders, Dao is now cooking on all cylinders. We recently were there with friends and everyone loved it. Moreover, they have successfully accommodated my need to eat gluten free (I have celiac) several times, and have been pro active in suggesting what is easier and safer to make gluten free. This place is a gem.

Like many other customers who eat here, my wife and I enjoy eating at Dao Madison for lunch and dinner. The food, service, and atmosphere is great! My wife had the Beef & Scallops sizzler. I had Teriyaki with Shrimp. Both were delicious with purple rice! The fried wonton strips with the duck and hot sauce are a great starter.

This is probably the best Chinese food in a 20 minute radius. Their egg drop wonton soup is so good and they have a variety of homemade dumplings. However they are NOT KID FRIENDLY. I have been a repeat customer for years, and now that I have a newborn who uses a stroller, I was turned away from eating at the restaurant.
