I went in to buy two $25 gift cards and got asked for two forms of ID by a rude, disengaged cashier. Seriously?? Don’t go anywhere near this franchisee. Go down to Chatham, the people there are welcoming, engaged and friendly.

I have never seen such a rude staff (not all). This female with pink hair and nose pierced literally laughed at me when I asked about my coffee. Just letting you know that we are a big organization and we were excited for the opening of this location. Guess what, you just lost a plenty of customers.
