I went in to buy two $25 gift cards and got asked for two forms of ID by a rude, disengaged cashier. Seriously?? Don’t go anywhere near this franchisee. Go down to Chatham, the people there are welcoming, engaged and friendly.

I have never seen such a rude staff (not all). This female with pink hair and nose pierced literally laughed at me when I asked about my coffee. Just letting you know that we are a big organization and we were excited for the opening of this location. Guess what, you just lost a plenty of customers.

Ordered caramel macchiato. guy who works there gave me something, but not caramel macchiato. And it is not about coffee. I came back from 3 blocks. He says I didn’t do it looking at me. No shame, lying, not apologizing. Other time when I came with kids he says something and rolls eyes. If you don’t like working in coffee shop and serving, get hell out of here. At least I know that I am not coming back. Better traveling to Chatham Dunkin Donut Shop. No manners at all. Lady next him who took my order, and she knew also who was the blame in here. Poor lady that has to do work with him on that job

I just started working around madison and I been to this Dunkin couple of time and every time I order my coffee it just taste like water. It doesn’t even taste like coffee. And the sandwiches are sloppy. The last time I was there I order a sesame bagel and they gave me croissant..
