I was driving through this area with my young family late at night, in a rental car, after flying for hours to get to family for Thanksgiving. It was close to closing time, and my toddler said she really needed to go, so I stopped here because it was so close. They didn't mind at all that we used the bathroom that they had probably just gotten ready for closing (there was no one else in the store), then left without buying anything because we needed to keep going. I can't review the food, but I want to thank them for their small act of kindness right before their shift ended.

First time at Five Guys and unfortunately my last. The burger came out plain with just meat and cheese maybe that was on us for not realizing how the toppings work. But finding hair all over it was beyond unacceptable.
Really disappointing experience.

Five guys is always a good choice when you want a burger. The quality is there. The only down side is the price.
I am impressed with this Five Guys location. The sitting area was spotless, with clean tables. The service was efficient too. But most importantly, what really stood out for me, though, was the quality of the food. It was somehow better than any other Five Guys I've been to so far.

This place has great food, but I'm giving it 2 stars because it is almost impossible to call in an order ahead of time. Every time you try to call to place an order, you get this automated assistant that is supposed to be able to take your order but is about as reliable as a golf cart at the demolition derby.
Is it really that hard for the employees here to be able to pick up a phone and take my order?
