The smoothies are delicious and well made, but the wait is consistently long. There are usually only one or two stressed out employees handling everything, which isn’t nearly enough—especially on busy, sunny days. It feels like the place is suffering from poor management, and the owner is rarely around anymore. It’s a shame, because the product is great.

Employees got my order wrong, weren't very friendly, waited 25 minutes for my drink when multiple people after me received theirs first. My drink tasted good but for 12 dollars and nearly a 1/2 hour wait i'd rather make it at home.

SLOWWWWW. Be prepared to wait, even when there are no other customers. 25 minutes for two juices this morning. Only people in the store. This happens every time we come here regardless of who is working, clearly a management/training problem. Won't be back.
