The smoothies are delicious and well made, but the wait is consistently long. There are usually only one or two stressed out employees handling everything, which isn’t nearly enough—especially on busy, sunny days. It feels like the place is suffering from poor management, and the owner is rarely around anymore. It’s a shame, because the product is great.
SLOWWWWW. Be prepared to wait, even when there are no other customers. 25 minutes for two juices this morning. Only people in the store. This happens every time we come here regardless of who is working, clearly a management/training problem. Won't be back.
I really enjoyed my banana strawberry smoothie. There's often a crowd there around lunch or dinner time, so it takes a little time to get your smoothie. Usually under 10 minutes but sometimes longer. I see other people come in that have ordered ahead of time. But it seems they don't start making it till the person shows up anyway. They have large diameter straws so they don't clog up like straws from other smoothie places. The parking on the street is adequate....
