My last experience was terrible!!!! Got the wrong food and had to drive back for a second time to go pick it up again because they wouldn't deliver their mistake!!!! I like to support local businesses, but I will never do this one again unfortunately!!

Was charged $26 for curry dish w shrimp .. paid extra for the shrimp and received only 1! When I called back they had the audacity to say that was ok. Definitely not ok. Poor customer service. Won’t order again.

I got the mock duck, the vegetables and sauce were pretty good, spicy. The mock duck pieces weren’t my thing, I didn’t like them and left the behind. This dish cost most than others in the category. I wouldn’t go here again. My omni husband tried it and said that is probably what duck tastes like, I don’t know, Gardein or something would have been better. They also had signs that dishes with egg cost $1 more lol

Absolutely love palm Thai!! It is a true hidden gem, the food is excellent and the owners/workers are great! I have tried lots of Thai food in the area and this is by far the best. The flavor and spices of the food are chefs kiss! Best drunken noodles in the area!

So I was waiting for my food and I asked about how longer it will take after already waiting 30 minutes and then they his old skinny lady give an attitude by saying I don’t know it can take up to another 20 minutes with that attitude I will never go back to this place again unprofessional staff

I took my kids for dinner. Biggest mistake ever! They sat us where everyone was picking up their phone order. It didn’t even feel like a restaurant. The owner and I guess his wife do all the services here. So no added servers, just them. They cannot handle the orders that come through. Such a mess of a restaurant structure. Please go elsewhere. Google Thai restaurant and you will find far better ones. To add to my experience the wife aka server demanded that I give her a 15% tip. I said no and she was in my face with her unprofessional and shameful demeanor. I couldn’t believe she would do that to her customer. No idea how they have remained open. Her husband aka chef proceeds to tell me they do not get paid or the salary is the tips. Honestly tacky as hell!! Was so beyond embarrassing. You own the place and you make money off your dishes and you are discussing your salary issues with me. Again was so unprofessional and they concluded it was NJ Law to pay 15%. False, hence the picture I attached. No restaurant can ever force you to tip them a certain percentage. Food by the way a total waste. More sauce than actual food in their Thai curry. I just want to erase this awful dining experience from my mind.
