Love this place, Thai has always been a top 3 for me and I'm pretty picky about my food. Have been coming here for months and will continue to do so!

Too salty, too little quantity. Not impressed. Your experience may differ. Try once.

We had takeout from Palm last night and it was delicious! The dumpling apps were light and flavorful and the Thai rolls were nice and crispy. We loved the Green Curry with chicken which was delightfully spicy. Everything tasted fresh and delicious!

I usually won't write a review after one visit, but all the 4 and 5 star reviews led me to expect the food and overall dine-in experience to be better than just OK.

We were there 10/14/23 I wish we lived closer, the food was delicious! Sweet Chili Red Snapper was delicious. It was pieces of fish (glad it wasn't a whole fish) that were crispy on the outside and tender inside. The sauce was sweet and spicy delightful combination. I love whole fishes but hate eating them in a restaurant, so much work LOL Volcano Pork Shank (Osso Bucco Style) was a chef special and the pork was tender falling off the bone and spicy! Be careful if you can't handle the heat, ask them to make it mild lol Thai Iced Tea and Lychee Iced Tea, I'm so happy they offer the Lychee version as it does not use milk (dairy and me are not friends...) but still used the same tea as the Thai Iced Tea, YUM! I ordered a Shrimp Pad See Ew to take home and it was delicious. Pad See Ew is my go to at Thai restaurants, which makes it easy to compare. Even though I ate it the next day, the noodle was not soggy. It was not too sweet nor salty. My only comment is that there was only 4 jumbo shrimp, I would have prefer a bunch of small shrimps so I would be able to get a shrimp in every bite vs eating the shrimp separately from the noodles lol Service was excellent! If we're in the area will definitely stop in again!

I've noticed a decline in quality over the years. Palm thai has become way overpriced and the Thai Basil chicken was dry chicken and frozen veggies in water. For fifteen dollars you can get two tiny duck rolls that are also dry and stale tasting. Will not go back anymore.

The food is fresh & delicious every time. I haves tried almost everything on the menu from the traditional Pad Thai to the crispy chili snapper! Outstanding! The curries are fantastic and the chef makes it any heat level you like. The staff armrest friendly and go out of their way to know the customers by name.

My 9 year old daughter almost got poisoned by a spoiled salmon they served . My Thai tea was served with a fly on it . When we’re paying I was customizing my tip for &10 since our experience is worst , The truth is the server DO NOT deserve anything tip , she / he insisted “ the tip is minimum of 15%” sure I’ll give you $100 if the place , food and service is great . So if there is ZERO rating I would give them that

Less sweet than other Thai places in Madison. Okay to good services, depending on the volume of customers and orders. The quality is consistent. The prices are on the higher side compared to portions, but you are paying for its consistent quality.
