Decided to try Seymour's Truck tonight for dinner and couldn't have been more satisfied! From the second I got out of my car I was treated like family. Had to get the Lobster Roll as it comes highly recommended and it did not disappoint! 100% will be back!

AMAZING… I was sitting in a doctor’s office in Morristown and decided to look up a spot for lunch. I’m a sucker for a lobster roll and wow Seymour’s didn’t disappoint. I finished it off along with the seasoned fries and added an Argentine empanada. My son wrestles and needs to maintain a certain weight, but once he’s off his eating schedule I’m bringing the family to Seymour’s Food Truck.

I’m bummed!! Had such high hopes, but the food was very mediocre, especially for the cost. I liked the salad, but the steak and crab cake sandwiches were not good. Not enough sauce, veggies. Bread didn’t taste very fresh for the steak sandwich. I will say- excellent service, but the food took 25 min and it was a let down!

Just moved to Madison, and a few people recommended this place so I figured I'd check it out. Let me tell you, it 100% lives up to the hype. The owner is an awesome guy, very hospitable. I got the brisket quesadilla, and it was the best i've ever had. Looking forward to trying the rest of the menu in the future.
This place is amazing!!!!! The owner is the friendliest person I’ve ever met. I had the lobster roll with the tabbouleh. Fresh, fresh, fresh. The bread was toasted and tasty, the lobster so tender, and the tabbouleh was a perfect blend of everything. I also ordered some fries because I saw they were made fresh during each order and they were seasoned perfectly.
There’s a nice covered seating area that was super warm, and I dined in comfort. I look forward to trying everything on the menu lol

As a seafood lover, I can say this lobster roll was on point! It was fresh and delicious. I highly recommend Seymour’s Truck and I will be back soon!
If you haven’t been here yet then you are missing a real treat. Delicious fresh cooked food tastes more like home cooking than food truck.Known for the Lobster Roll, great cheesesteaks, burgers, tacos and yummy seasoned fries. Order pick up or eat in the heated tent area. A Real Madison treat!!

Been many a time and haven’t found an item I dislike yet. Growing up in this area a food truck like this was greatly needed. My personal favorites have been the steak sandwich and lobster roll but everything is so good I cycle through the menu. The fries are pretty good but the side tabouleh salad is legit. Also has to be noted that every time I talk to the purveyor of this fine establishment, he’s in such a great mood and usually puts me, an ornery Jets fan.in a better mood myself. A genuine class act and a veteran in case you still need more motivation to support one of my favorite businesses in the area.

My only complaint is that it's too far from where I live. Owner clearly takes pride in his business and his food and it shows in the quality, service and thoughtfulness. I got a jersey cheesesteak with taboulleh salad and it matched great. Some sandwiches can get kind of heavy but the citrusy bright crunch of the salad makes a nice contrast and palate cleanser. Definitely recommend.
