I stopped by this food truck and wow—what an experience! The lobster roll was packed with flavor, buttery and fresh, easily one of the best I’ve had. The birria tacos were equally amazing—juicy, cheesy, and full of that rich, authentic flavor that keeps you coming back for more.
Not only was the food outstanding, but the service was friendly and welcoming, which really made the whole visit special. You can tell there’s real passion behind every dish.

Excellent! I had the Beef Birria tacos. I'm often let down by places hopping on the birria trend but this was legit and just delicious. My son had the skirt steak taco and gave it two thumbs up. Definitely pull up to this great truck.

My family and I loved the food at Seymour’s. We got the buffalo chicken cheesesteak and the brisket grilled cheese which were both phenomenal. The fries and tabbouleh on the side were amazing. The best part: the food is all halal! Ian is very accommodating and made sure my kids enjoyed the experience. Would not hesitate to return and try more things on the menu!

Ordered the crab cake sandwich, it was very salty. And the price here is close to midtown Manhattan. The owner acted rude when I asked why the price is higher than Google.. I don’t know why ppl gave 5 stars for place like this.

Way over priced for food truck sandwiches. I paid $42 for 2 sandwiches and 1 drink. Taste wasn’t worth that much $$. There are so many other great “dine-in” restaurants for two people with that $$ in Madison. Don’t be fooled by outdated menu and reviews on Google.

Just moved to the area and needed a quick bite before the 4th of July fireworks. Decided to give Seymour’s a try and I’m so happy I did! My wife and I got steak tacos and a chicken quesadilla. Both were delicious. Seymour gave me a full breakdown of the menu and even told me which items he could make gluten-free, which is truly appreciated. Excited to try the rest of the menu!

Decided to try Seymour's Truck tonight for dinner and couldn't have been more satisfied! From the second I got out of my car I was treated like family. Had to get the Lobster Roll as it comes highly recommended and it did not disappoint! 100% will be back!

AMAZING… I was sitting in a doctor’s office in Morristown and decided to look up a spot for lunch. I’m a sucker for a lobster roll and wow Seymour’s didn’t disappoint. I finished it off along with the seasoned fries and added an Argentine empanada. My son wrestles and needs to maintain a certain weight, but once he’s off his eating schedule I’m bringing the family to Seymour’s Food Truck.
