Decided to try Seymour's Truck tonight for dinner and couldn't have been more satisfied! From the second I got out of my car I was treated like family. Had to get the Lobster Roll as it comes highly recommended and it did not disappoint! 100% will be back!

Such a down to earth guy, he really goes above and beyond for his customers. The food is top notch, fries and fried chicken sandwich are my favorite. Highly recommend to anyone, it’s a hidden gem

AMAZING… I was sitting in a doctor’s office in Morristown and decided to look up a spot for lunch. I’m a sucker for a lobster roll and wow Seymour’s didn’t disappoint. I finished it off along with the seasoned fries and added an Argentine empanada. My son wrestles and needs to maintain a certain weight, but once he’s off his eating schedule I’m bringing the family to Seymour’s Food Truck.
