drive through is good, do not go in person though. never have drinks ready on time, and things always wrong and my stuff gets stolen. workers seem careless too!

This place is an abomination. You literally couldn’t have a more understaffed, underskilled, grotesquely inefficient setup. The employees here are always nice and friendly, but that does not make up for it and that is my default and baseline expectation. A simple cold brew takes 20+ minutes AFTER paying in store, to be served. I’ve now given them the benefit of the doubt over a dozen times, and literally there is no progressive improvement.
In my 20 minutes of waiting, I saw two customers come back in and ask for their drinks to be remade which sounds like a high error rate to me.
Corporate should come here and mystery shop. It’s an embarrassment.

Ordered a peppermint mocha to go and had received help sorting out my Starbucks app/gift card issue I had. The cashier was really helpful and patient as we worked out the issue. Drink was great and the store looked clean with plenty of seats.

Beautiful facility and I have been in here many times (long time Starbucks fan) always a pleasant experience, except for today when I witnessed something concerning that I saw taking place behind the counter.
Employee had placed stacks of cookies in plastic wrappers on the floor(ugh) while they were preparing to place them into an under the counter cabinet. Once cookies were moved from the floor into the cabinet, they took one of the cookies from the floor and unwrapped it on top of the counter, assuming they were going to warm it up.
This seems like a serious health violation and I’m hoping this will be addressed with some retraining asap. I’m not sure if I will be going back to this location again..:(

I’ve been a loyal Starbucks customer for many years. On a recent visit to the Summit, NJ store—my first in about six months—I was struck by how unwelcoming the staff seemed at the register and while preparing my drink. The Americano itself was as good as always, but the atmosphere made me uncomfortable. I’m hesitant to return to the store again.

Jan made this a wonderful experience. He was so friendly and polite at the register. He made me feel welcome and brightened my day. I wanted to take the time and make sure he got recognition for his outstanding customer service.

Disappointing Experience at Starbucks Madison, NJ I visited the Starbucks in Madison, New Jersey, and was very disappointed with the experience. The garbage was overflowing, napkin dispensers were empty, and the staff were sitting around on their phones instead of addressing these issues. When paying a premium for coffee, I expect a higher level of care and cleanliness. This neglect is unacceptable and raises concerns about hygiene. I hope management addresses these issues promptly.

Charging more than the amount for the drink than it is…purchased the same drink here at 8AM for the price to change at 6:00 & be told thats what it is…
I love my visits to Starbucks. The atmosphere is always welcoming, whether I’m inside or in the drive-thru. The staff is friendly, and the service is quick. My favorite drink is the Caramel Frappuccino—it’s perfectly blended, with just the right amount of sweetness and creaminess. I also enjoy the seasonal specials they offer, and it’s a great place to relax or catch up on work.

Is Starbucks looks a little different now with the remodel on the outside. They're also currently redoing or building a new building next door. So if you're coming here, look for the those changes.
I want to say a great thank you to the customer or employee who found my selfie stick that I left behind the other day. I was so upset that I thought I had lost it and was greatly relieved when I called the store to find out it was still there and had been put aside for me.
