I want to say a great thank you to the customer or employee who found my selfie stick that I left behind the other day. I was so upset that I thought I had lost it and was greatly relieved when I called the store to find out it was still there and had been put aside for me.

I had an interview and decided to kill some time instead of driving all the way home and back to the location. I stopped at the Starbucks in Madison on Main St. Cafe very clean, ample space, quick service. Not too loud able to do computer work w no issues. I ordered only a coffee to pass time I wasn't hungry but typically Starbucks food isn't fabulous but edible. Maybe next time I'll get something to eat but I prefer the coffees and espressos here. So nice Starbucks to just hang for a hour and change.

I was appalled at the smudges and fingerprints all over the front glass doors. I was there yesterday and today and the same unappealing smudges and smears appeared in the same place. Curb appeal means a lot in today’s fast society. I highly recommend more attention to the aesthetic details. We come to you for comfort and satisfaction…. not to be grossed out!

Bought a cup of latte and it tastes nothing like coffee. I still felt tired and dizzy after finishing the whole cup (caffeine usually works on me instantly and I’d feel refreshed right away). I doubt there’s any coffee in it at all.

Worst service ever in drive through today... waited in line over 20 minutes... why??? Because once in line you cannot get out!!! Driver in front of me wanted to drive over the curb and through the bushes, until I told her she would damage her car and their bushes and sprinkler system. Will never go there again and I am a resident...

Tall young man with brown hair at counter was extremely rude. I was paying with a gift card. It took me a moment to get it out of my bag. While I was doing so, he said "cash, card, what are you doing?" Extremely unnecessary attitude and condescending tone.
