Manager today should definitely not be a manager. I ordered on my app and must have hit walk in instead of drive-through. I’m older and I had two grandchildren in the back with car seats. I asked if I could just have my order since it was paid for and she had it right there. She said NO. I asked again please can I have it because I have these two little children don’t want to get them out of the car seats and bring them in. She wouldn’t budge. She never cracked a smile....read full review
