Bagel wasn’t warm or fluffy, was kinda hard. Service was quick but the guy helping us was not friendly at all and snapped at someone for bringing a dog in. I get it, he doesn’t want animals in a place where they serve food but he was just rude with his delivery. Based on the other reviews I guess this vibe is a common theme. Will be going a little farther to bagel boys.

Poor customer service, owner was very rude. My first time in the store, I had ordered a plain bagel with strawberry cream cheese. Not knowing that I would be given cream cheese with strawberry instead(There is a difference). When I asked for a refund to resolve the confusion, I was denied.None the less, I was very respectful and had a hard time understanding why the owner had such an attitude with me to where all he could say was “I know what I’m doing”. Not only did he not give me a refund for my order but he did not want to replace my choice of food. Completely discussed by the service here and certainly won’t be eating at this establishment again. Rating 1 out of 10.
