Fantastic experience catering meals for a week of chicken, pasta and roasted vegetables. Arrangements and coordination went smoothly. My neighbor's reaction upon delivery was "OMG"! "This could feed an army!" BAM provided a wonderful service and allowed us to spread some comfort. This alone makes it worth every penny. Thank you!

After ordering from the “Fresh Juice Bar” menu I was presented with an alternative or a juice prepared yesterday. I declined. I was really looking forward to a fresh pressed juice. The server proceeded to make a fresh juice. Thirty five minutes later I was presented with a half full container of warm juice. Seriously? She apologized stating, “I don’t know how to make juice or use the juicer”. I thanked her and asked her to kindly let the owner (who graciously charged me $10.65 full price) I will never return to Bam!

Hey, folks. Thank you for feeding us, but I’ll be honest. You might have good bagels, but I’ve decided to order your pasta online; what I got was not pasta but some nonsense. It’s unclear when it was prepared. There were about two tomato pieces inside; they were like stones. Obviously it was not freshly cooked; it looks like a resell from a discount grocery store, pre-packaged food. Pasta shouldn’t be cold. In fact, it’s so terrible that I believe it could get millions of views if posted on YouTube. It’s not pasta. I’m giving 4 stars despite it being one star rating because I’m not here to harm. I’m just saying this pasta could have been at best given to a homeless person, although he’d probably have refused. Good luck with your future experiments.

My fav place outside of Manhattan to get a bagel! I only dinged one star because sometimes there isn’t enough cream cheese and even if you ask for extra there is hardly any.

Bought an oatmeal and fresh juice. The oatmeal is pretty good but the juice taste watered down. I asked for them to also add ginger because I did not taste any and they did but it still tasted like there was nothing inside of it. The service was great as well.
I like the atmosphere and the vibe. Juice bar is pretty cool. But $15 for this mid salad is pretty wild.

The orders are never correct! The manager, Ergus is rude and incompetent. I refuse to frequent this establishment anymore and is mostly due to a personal engagement with the manager. And to clarify my 5 on service, I have been exceptionally serviced by two other servers.

Mediocre and inconsistent. Bagels are middle of the road, especially for the price compared to other bagel shops, but can be good, really depends on the day. Cream cheese amount is severely lacking. I didn't order essence of cream cheese, I want to be able to identify a layer from across the room, not squint to check if they forgot to put it on!

Amazing is all I can say about this business, I went there and I was given such wonderful service by the workers, the young lady that took my order was very kind, helpful and patient with me, she took my order perfectly. The food was a bit expensive but definitely worth it, will be coming back and recommending family.
