I really wanted to give this place a higher rating after picking up their bagels but some ingredient they used must be either high in phosphorus or something else because I was getting headaches all day and an upset stomach.

The food overall is really Good! The smoothies are amazing. Inconsistent with the bread. The bread sometimes hard not Fresh sometimes. Gave only ⭐️⭐️ due to the fact that it’s way too overpriced. Charged me for ham and cheese sandwich $15. I was a frequent customer because it’s convenient to my job but stoped coming here due to the overpriced food.

Very nice and clean Deli. The staff is nice. Callie is very sweet. The atmosphere is nice and calm. Their Blt sandwich is delicious and well made. It was so good I bought some for work to treat my coworkers to lunch. They loved it. My son gets the crispy chicken à la vodka sandwich every time we go. He can’t stop saying how good it is. They have a bam blue juice that is so good. They also have a delicious chicken soup. Great place. Great Atmosphere. I wish they didn’t close so early.

I just paid $17 for a salad for my boyfriend and he literally could not eat it. The croutons were squishy (see photo) - he asked for Cesar dressing and got Italian which he can’t eat because of acid reflux issues. Money down the drain. Will not be returning. My sandwich also was not great. Not worth the money.

They make sandwiches and bagels right at BAM. They put cream cheese on both sides, so you can split it apart. Their breakfast sandwiches are made with care and aren't a slapdash mess. The place couldn't be cleaner. And $10 for a good sized tuna salad is totally fair. And absolutely delicious.

First time at this place...Walked in (a little before the lunch crowd) and while looking at the menu, the chef/cook on the griddle asked if I had any questions and gave me some pointers. I ended up ordering the Grilled Cheese with Mac n Cheese. It cost me $15 with a Joe's Tea, so the place is not cheap... Got my sandwich and it was huge (worth the $$). They even give you some tomato soup to dip it in. I did not leave a crumb. Place was clean, staff was friendly, plenty of seating and the food (and I looked all around me) was so good. Not much being said by the customers as they stuffed their faces.
